This could be possible at times considering there's always those select few of occasional players who aren't even playing and the regular noobs who try to run you down but end up crashing into a pole or something else and get stuck. Killing other players is still cool and taking their ride but being able to actually take their ride and speed off would be funny as hell for you and embarrassing for them. I play online everyday and doesn't work, only as a passenger and in deatmatch you could do that... or you most kill him and takes his car that's an other option. On Topic: Would be very cool to steal somebodies car as it could also be annoying... like pick someone up you don't know and then BAM he takes your car.
