One of my favorite things to do is to sit in my room, turn out all my lights, close the blinds, and listen to "Wooden Ships" in total darkness. It's actually very fun, and it would be killer if we could do that in GTA 5. Such a trippy song. I think the lights will always be on in the safehouses and possibly all other interiors in the game.
