I think he means because print media, aka a traditional, physical newspaper, is becoming obsolete. Most people just read the news on their smartphones or tablet these days. Maybe they'd put something on the iFruit browser though.

I'm a supporter of the idea of having paper newspapers for these reasons:

 

• you don't have to have a phone or a computer to read one
• you have them easily available through vending machines on the street
• there are other uses for the newspaper than just reading eg. hiding behind it and setting fires (zippo lighter confirmed)
• one thing to spend your money for

I think some sort of news thing would be a great touch to the environment. Paper, tablet app, internet, just something that does a progressive news thing.

 

Also, there should be a weazel news radio channel, if only because I liked their segments more than WKTT and PLR and Integrity in GTA IV. I think it's because it was sort of a combination of integrity and WKTT in that there were conservative news reporters wandering around the streets and talking to crazy people. I really would like an extra long radio station of just that.
