Lil'Q Posted June 27, 2013 Share Posted June 27, 2013 There is no way, they are meant to be used with ELS script for a reason. ELS enabled cars use extra parts as siren textures. You can spawn them using simple native trainer, but there is no way to make them "flash" in a specific way or a pattern without ELS script.
