I think Tracey could want Franklin because he's from the hood, a complete different environment to where Tracey lives and that may appeal to her because she may see it as a way to rebel against her father + franklins sexy as F*CK (no homo). I think this could cause a rift between micheal and Franklin but this is just a theory what do you the relationship will be like between Franklin and Tracey ? She could literally be a no-name client of Franklin's boss for example, whom Franklin has come to request a car from or deliver a car in exchange for her own.
