GTA 4 Clip capture help

Hello. I have since day 1 of owning GTA 4 been recording and editing random footage, i had recently saved up money to buy a new PC. It works great, except for this one problem.

When i tap F2, it records an approximate of 10-24 seconds of footage. My old PC used to capture atleast 30 seconds. It was a Windows XP and i am now running windows 7 64-bit.

 

Specs:

Intel Core i7 3770

GeForce GTX 670

120GB SSD

2TB HDD

16GB RAM

MSI Z77A-G43

Corsair CX 750W

Windows 7 64-bit

 

I've read alot of threads on the forum about this but the question was left unanswered. Does anyone know what the problem might be?

 

Btw, i dont want to use fraps as the ingame editor is what you need to "edit" the footage with camera movements etc.
