How MUCH content will there be in V?

How much content do you think we'll get in GTA IV?

 

The game's being under construction for five years, which hopefully leaves A lot to be desired within the game. GTA IV was amazing with content and what not and I believe it only took a max of two years with technology they don't understand? I personally feel they've mastered this technology and it'll be utterly epic..

 

Your thoughts?

Well, they will probably cut all the content and re-sell it as DLC, since it seems they're already doing it. Either way, I guess it's going to have a huge amount of content.

They ADDED features that people wanted to the game - properties, etc. After first saying it wasn't going to return. They could have ignored that and saved it for DLC....

I'll be pissed if the businesses aren't interactive, sounds whingey but what would be more epic then purchasing a repair garage as Franklin and walking in to see a few lads hard at work on a few cars?

I'd imagine there is a fair amount of content given the size of the map and playing as three protagonists. Three GTA IV seems reasonable.

The GTA Wiki site is going to be Encyclopaedia Britannica sized.

 

I'd say it will be 2 GTA IV's + 2 RDR's + 1/2 MP3's worth of content. Just an estimate.

There will be more content than ever, but some things will be reduced.

 

We know there are fewer but more developed mini-games: full golf course vs. TBOGT's driving range.

 

With the length of the story being compared to Red Dead Redemption, the number of missions to finish the story may be fewer than GTAIV.

 

With the story divided among three protagonists who share many scenes and missions, we may get to know each of them as well as Johnny or Luis but none as quite well as Niko, CJ or other previous solo protagonists.

GTA IV was much less massive... just "graphics" (and graphics sucked too, with flickering textures and pixelated shadows) thats all.

Just don't leave the house. Have everything delivered to you, stay out of the kitchen & bathroom, the two most dangerous places in the house (unless you have a sawmill in your house). Eat only canned food & bottled water. That will definitely increase your chances of survival until 17th September.

 

Then, when you've had your fill of V, go skydiving to celebrate.

It's not nearly as annoying as people posting massively wide pics that ruins the dimensions for the rest of the page, making you have to scroll left to right just to read posts. Happens all the time here lately, drives me nuts. No-one ever seems to say anything about it either. Maybe I'm just getting old & grumpy..

 

And OP, I'd say the content of 3 GTA IV's. There's gonna be a buttload of stuff to do, I bet I'm playing this game on a first run-through until Christmas season.

I read something on here that LS will be the same size roughly as LC, so if you have BoGT, climb up to the top of the empire state (I've forgotten the name in game) and have a look around, this game is HUGE the content in the game will be monumental in terms of numbers.

Well ya LC would be bigger without the gaps/bridges etc that are in the way. If LC was not split up into islands it'd look twice the size. Sure.

Yeah I pretty much meant "hopefully means a lot of content". Well I'm hoping random scenarios can relate to peoples jobs and what not.
