Jack245
Hey, So I bought the pack with GTA IV, LaD and BoGT off of steam and when I try running any of them, textures such as buildings and the floor don't load. The only thing I can see is my character, some vehicles and lamp posts. Already tried patching the game with version 1.0.2.0, 1.0.4.0 ( both of which rendered the game unplayable showing a message that Social Club should be running) and 1.0.7.0, this last one returned the game to its original state. My notebook is a LG 5430 with: -Windows 7 64x -4GB ram -Video Card:Intel HD 3000 Graphics - Processor Intel Core i5-2410M 2.3 GHz - Memory of 320 GB As far as I'm aware these specs should be more than enough to run the game without any problem, but when I the textures get messed up like I previously mentioned and I am unable to change any graphic settings with the indicator that shows the resource usage says that it's using 202/56 MB available alongside a message that says I should reduce the settings to run the game optimally. It doesn't lag at all but I simply cannot play the game since it's impossible to see what's happening. No mods were installed, again, it's a legitimate copy bought off of steam. I wasn't able to take screenshots so here is another post with images that show a similar problem to mine (especially the last 2 images) http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=558441
radioman
Video Card:Intel HD 3000 Graphics There is your problem..you have an Intel Video card-which is NOT supported by the game...on top of that, it is Integrated-meaning it has Shared vram(shared with the system ram), plus I have yet to see a Intel card have more than 128MB of Dedicated vram(this is what games use)...and IV REQUIRES at LEAST 256MB of Dedicated vram... On top of all that, you have a laptop, which laptop cards are lower power than there desktop counterparts... You cannot even upgrade, as laptop cards cannot be upgraded... Good news is: There is a Liberty City GTA you can play just fine-that is GTA III....Also, VC and SA will run great too...But NOT IV and EFLC ones.. It really depends on your processor and ram that does FPS. I had this issue before your best bet is to do a fresh reinstall of game then make a whole new commandline.txt 1. Delete all filoes manually from GTA IV main directory 2. Open your gta iv install setup and select repair. 3. Once reinstalled / repaired create a text document and call it commandline. 4. Add the following parameters to your commandline then save it and put it in your main directory. -width 640 -height 400 -texturequality 2 -shadowquality 0 -waterquality 0 -availablevidmem 100 -percentvidmem 100 -viewdistance 0 -detailquality 0 -novblank -noprecache

CCPD
Where did you get your game from? Are you using any mods, cracks or trainers? Do you have the latest version of the game? Have you tried re-installing the game? Have you manually removed games's installation folder (C:\Program Files (x86) or C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\) before installing the game again? Have you tried launching the game in different compatibility modes or as administrator (RMB on games's .exe --> Properties --> Compatibility)? Have you tried deleting your game's settings file (click here to see how)?

CCPD
-i just bought it in a small shack, its kinda cheap and has 4 cds-my gta 4 has no serials so its just cracked in order to play We can't help you unless you have a legit version of the game. Legal version most likely won't have the problem you having.
