Pyrrhic Posted June 27, 2013 Share Posted June 27, 2013 Portland. It really summons the atmosphere that sticks in my mind. It is the first thing I think of when I picture GTA III. Staunton was nice but the textures were a bit bland and the attempt at Times Square could have been better. Shoreside Vale would have been good if it weren't for the silly road layout.
