Wuggatus
Like the title, what are you wishing or want the case to be like? I hope their is an inside picture, but will the disc holder (thing in the middle of CD when you put inside case) will that be like Mafia II's disc holder (a lot softer on the discs, barely heard anything when you pushed on it)? I had many discs chip in the middle because of that stupid disc holder... except Mafia II, that never looks to be a sign of chipping. I only play X360, so I'm not sure about the PS3. TakinThyBacon
Honestly I have never cared about game cases, or box contents. I have always just popped the disc in and on the shelf goes the case
wwinterj
Don't care about the case itself but I assume we will get a map and Manuel in the style of a tourist guide like GTA IV and previous GTA games before it. I love the smell of new Manuels plus they make good reading material when dropping the kids off at the pool.
Lock n' Stock
Seriously, the game case of all things? It'll just be the same as any other. The game manual would be a more appropriate thing to discuss, ask if it'll be styled as a city guide like previous games.

jamieleng
I think it will be made of a plastic like substance. No, but seriously. I'm of the belief it will be more than one disc on 360, so I hope it's better than the case my copy of MP3 came in. I feel like the disc is going to snap trying to get it out. I'd like a manual done in the style of a San Andreas tourist board pamphlet, with a detailed map showing POI & tourist attractions. You know, the usual GTA parody stuff. epicluca
I'd like an awesome manual with some cool stuff to read, a map inside the case, and the cover should be double-sided.
CryptReaperDorian
I'm a PS3 gamer while my brother is an Xbox 360 gamer. One thing I've noticed is that Xbox 360 cases are usually more flimsy and finicky compared to PS3 cases. Also, the majority of PS3 cases are the same while the quality of Xbox 360 cases can vary quite a bit. Here's hoping that you Xbox 360 players get a case that's good at protecting your copy of GTA V. Yeah, 90% of my games are on 360 but I much prefer the PS3 cases, they are smaller & feel more sturdy. In the end though, all that really matters is what's on the disc(s). That's why none of the paraphernalia & special items in the SE & CE versions interests me.

MikeyB
I am hoping the box is mink lined. Kinda thinking I may get disappointed.
Kiffster
Couldn't care less about the case But I like the IV box or whatever you call it, so something like that would be cool...

Not trying to start a console war but as someone who has owned both consoles I agree 100%. At the start of this generation the Xbox 360 cases were flimsy and as the generation went on it seemed like they got worse and worse. Most companies started using those cases that had the holes in them, which made the cases even more flimsy. I have had several Xbox 360 cases where the side has cracked. The PS3 cases on the other hand appears to be much stronger and is still using the same style of casing they used at launch.

Macabro
Mass effect 3 CE had the worse case ever. You had push down REALLY hard to remove the disc safely.
Patriot_Action
Just when I thought I'd seen the most trivial things to discuss. It's going to be made out of plastic, and have some crap in it. A game map (I imagine), some stupid promotion for something, and maybe one of those separate cards that tells you to stop playing if you have a seizure. As for the "button" thing in the middle you push to make the disc pop out...do people have trouble with this? These people supposedly cracking discs getting them out of the case are probably the same people who can't open a box of cereal without it exploding all over the floor, or peel an orange without spearing their thumb clean through it. I'd be happy if the discs came in much smaller slim CD cases, I never ever look at the bumpf unless there's a code in there!

Not really, I'm actually the only on in my family who can practically open a cereal box neatly, without tearing any extra and crap. It is mostly the way the button presses, makes a cracking noise with a chance tear up the middle is what bothers me the most.
