Capricornus
I always liked how the peds reacted to the weather in GTA IV. From a detail standpoint, it was very well done. Hopefully it will be similar in GTA V, tweaked a bit of course.
boxmonster
In GTA IV, cops would also start spawning with rain covers for their hats... People just don't appreciate those little details yet make a pointless topic wishing fore more.

NudasPriest
Dogs in a thunder storm. Oh sh*t, something I've never even considered. If, and most likely, we get to see NPCs walking their pets, then hopefully R* has included animations/AI for them to freak the f*ck out during a big storm... Hopefully we'll see NPCs slip in the rain on surfaces. Maybe certain types of flooring get wet due to foot traffic on rainy days, just imagine holding up against cops inside a small liquor store and seeing one slip on the slippery tiles... I swear in GTA IV on the Xbox I've seen a cop slip in the rain while chasing someone down. He just all of a sudden fell over, and it was raining, didn't see or hear a shot or car hit him when it happened, too.
KarnF91
Well seeing as it is based on LA.. I fully expect drivers to go nuts when it rains.
DAWeeE1
In GTA IV, they could run with their heads down, use a paper to shield themselves and had warmer clothes on, what more reactions do you want? Is it windy in Los Angeles? Maybe we could see some really heavy gales which makes trash fly and hit people in the head, cars getting affected and maybe even clothes fluttering.
