NPCs in GTA5 are busier than ever. While some will have stories to tell you, should you want to stick around to listen to them, you’ll find others occupied in some activity or the other, like pulling out a camera to take photos of a popular landmark. GTA4 did a fine job of creating a living, breathing world, but GTA5’s is even more busy and dense.
