Trinette
Sure why not? I have a TV from the late 90's/early 2000's that plays VHS tapes and it's pretty damn crappy. The text is small and things obviously don't look that great compared to TV's today but that's okay with me as long as it delivers. You shouldn't have any issues with yours apart from it obviously not looking that great and such. sometimes. you look very strange. somewhat smiling. a little vain. saying not today. wwinterj
It'll be fine. If GTA IV is fine on your TV or any other R* game then there is no reason to think V will be any different.

IveGotNoValues
You'll be fine. up until just recently I had a TV from like 1989 that may parents got after they married. Sure it wasn't exactly beautiful, but it got the job done. The only problem i had with that old TV was reading the small text, like the cell phone in IV. Now that i bought a new HD TV, its kind of hard to go back to CRT, but those still work just fine. Dont stress about it, youll enjoy V just as much as anyone else. IIRC GTAIV has a setting to increase the cellphone text size, probably there for smaller TVs.

Nope I didn't notice any screen cutoffs when i played GTA IV, Red Dead, and a bunch of other games, so V should be fine too.
