Doesn't sound like something I'd see or hear of in GTA. I read "sexual violence" as "rape" and I don't remember anything like that in the series, and the furthest drugs have ever gone in terms of use is buying/selling them (Chinatown Wars) or collecting the hidden packages (various GTA games). Yup I read the Sexual Violence part as Rape too though both the ESRB & PEGI have passed it (M & 18) which I don't think if there was Rape (especially player controlled rape) would've happened. So IDK. As far as drugs in GTA, not only has the player never really (atleast that I remember) done drugs, I think in most of the recent games (definitely SA & IV are two that I remember vividly) the players character was actually rather anti-drug use. I mean they delivered them & stuff but I remember both CJ & Niko telling other characters several times that drugs are bad or they should stop doing that kind of stuff or that they don't do that kind of stuff.
