She loved it and never thought she would. She was actually playing it more than me but I didn't care because seeing her finally kill 7 cowboys at once while riding on a stagecoach with her tiny little hands was the best, cutest, sexiest thing I've ever seen. Damn all this is starting to make me think of how good of a girl I have. In fact I think I'm going to go do the dishes for her right now. But I would suggest asking her to play it for an hour and not just play an hour to get over with it, I mean an hour where she follows the story understands the characters. If she`ll like it she`ll play it, if not, then she is not into these games. Then I let her play and she loved beating up peds (no shooting yet). Just last Friday I bought her a PS3 for our anniversary and now she's playing through IV's story slowly but surely. Even when she asks what I'm doing and I say 'Playing IV' there is a silence. Cold silence. I imagine her standing there with anger and then I feel guilt. I want her to appreciate that gta is what I enjoy playing and it's better for me to chill out and play when I'm bored instead of going out and drinking at the pub or something like that would really annoy her. Like its either gta or looking at half naked bar chicks at the pub. I know that gta v is going to be amazing and I want to enjoy it fully, without feeling guilty because of my wife's view of it being a murder and robbing game. She is going to let me play it and I want to get her into it too and play it with me but she's already not keen knowing that there's 'gang stuff' again. Don't apologize for your games, just play them. If you defend your game choice by explaining its merits it just makes you look defensive. 2. Recognize that some games are just too violent for some people. To the second one, since my girlfriend LOVES California, my plan is to open up the game and plop her down in the fictional Cali while not on a mission and show her how to do anything she wants to do.
