I have said this before and I will say it again. Any fan of the zombie genre/videogame has always wanted a zombie game in a free roam open world game. One that takes place in a robust city and large countryside. GTA is the greatest sandbox game of all time. And V will have the perfect framework for the "dream" zombie game. Just because there have been alot of really bad zombie games/movies in the recent years doesnt mean a GTA zombie dlc wouldnt be amazing. It actually makes us zombie fans want such a DLC even more. I only want Rockstar to do a zombie DLC ONE TIME for a GTA, just to see how it would be. If they did it, Im pretty sure it would be amazing, and all the people that dont want it would probably end up being pleasantly surprised. I'm sorry but you got Dead Rising 3. Why do we need to have zombies in ever game? Ever since this generation of gaming too many people want zombies. Why not a new story or something more original then zombies. No one is saying there should be zombies in every game. And f*ck dead rising. As I stated GTA V is the perfect framework for the perfect zombie game. This topic really agitates me, because somewhere along the lines, mainstream media has ruined the zombie genre, and it makes true zombie enthusiasts like myself look like a little tween. Then you have people who cant even compromise to at least half of the community who really wants something in the next GTA. I hope they do a zombie dlc just to piss off those of you who cant even come to some sort of compromise. If they do that means half the community won't even buy it. I know a lot of people only bought Undead Nightmare cause it came with every DLC. ( Disc version ) so they saved money. You have absolutely no basis in stating that. Why?? Do you really think people bought the Undead Nightmare just for zombies? Most of the people bought it for the DLC at a cheaper price. $20 for 3 DLC is a great price. I believe most people bought the Undead Nightmare pack for uh, well, the Undead Nightmare pack. I'm only assuming of course, whereas you are trying to state facts based off your own assumptions. Again, you have no basis for saying half of the community wouldn't buy a 'zombie' DLC pack for GTA V based off of some people you know who you claim only bought the cheaper DLC pack because it was cheaper. Lol I stated that I believe most people bought the Undead Nightmare pack because they wanted it. I didn't state specifics because I have no way of knowing why people bought it. I even said that it was an assumption of mine. The difference here is you're saying half of the community would not buy a zombie-themed DLC pack for GTA V based on your assumptions on why people bought Undead Nightmare. He's pointing out that there's no way to truly tell based off such an assumption. Failing to assume one point doesn't align you with the opposite assumption. Nothing wrong with Zombies in particular, but the fact that so many people suddenly clamor for the concept to be in a GTA game gets pretty annoying TBH. I guess it will be pretty decent as a standalone mode in MP, but rest assure I'd me more than fine with its absence. Its not like R* would be innovative or creative by adding Zombies to GTA. R* innovates a great deal with their GTA games, and Zombies aren't even new to GTA, let alone video games in general. I don't really see the need for the concept. The funny thing is that we have always had Zombies in GTA games. I mean, how many times have our characters been shot to death, burned to death, and blown to bits just to come back to life and have it done all over again? You realize that long before COD and Dead Rising, and Dead Island, and all these sh*tty f*cking zombie games and movies done over and over again, that there was a cult following for the zombie genre. The past 10 years has been a typical over saturation of the concept in an attempt for the gaming/movie industry to cash in. The same way they have over saturated comic book movies. Now let me say this. We want Rockstar to do a zombie dlc for GTA. Not EA, not Activision, not Ubisoft, and not Bungie. Rockstar. It would be the same in saying we want Christoper Nolan to do the TMNT reboot. Just becaues Michael bay is about to ruin the series doesnt mean if the right person/company(Rockstar Games) got their hands on it they wouldnt do an amazing job. I bet money that you are an 18 year old who has only been alive long enough to know what the zombie genre looks like when its saturated to sh*t. Not when it is done right. All we want is for Rockstar to do a good zombie DLC, because everything they do is just that... good. Dont call us 12 year olds when in fact, most of the people who are still into Zombies are old enough to remember what it was like before all this garbage. If people dont want zombies fine. I'm sure if R* were to do one it would be unique, but I know lots of people are against specifically a generic zombie game, which is what a few people want. Now you don't have to locate a enemy you got a target finder that can do it for you. But why I say zombies is for casual players is cause its THE SAME THING. ( It's not about the zombies but survival ) Saying Dayz is a zombie game is like saying Minecraft is a zombie game. They're just there as a threat but the real threat is hunger and OTHER PLAYERS Day of Decay - IDK since I never played it or watch a simple video about it.
