In the "GTA universe" area 69 and even venturas/san fierro were all still technically part of the same state. So that means really they can do whatever they want.. Even though Area 69 is loosely based on Area 51, they can put it in whatever state they want... The state is still known as San Andreas, not Nevada/California. They have confirmed there is a military installation though. Maybe not to the extent of secrecy as Area 69 but maybe it's even better.. For sure it will be larger and maybe we can ever enter it this time on non missions (probably pretty difficult) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
