Siciliano Don
Will clothing be affected by things like water and wind? If I fall into the Alamo sea I want my jacket to look drenched for an hour or two in-game. If it's windy and I'm wearing a loose jacket then I want to see it move in the wind. It's not a vital detail, but little details like that make the game way more pleasing to me.

GrahfTheEmperor
Take a good look at that screenshot with Trevor, Franklin and Lamar with the jet skis. If you pay attention you'll notice that Franklin's clothes are wet.
bolt09
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think clothing did sway a bit when you were riding something like a motorcycle in GTA IV. If this was the case, then GTA V will most certainly have this feature.

I'm not gonna get my hopes up TOO much. But It would be cool

Dope_0110
Nope.. probably a bit of animation while riding on a bike since they pretty much always had that, but don't expect cloth physics in V. Making it look wet etc..using shaders could be possible and it would be a nice touch, though I don't really think they'll add that. Maybe only for diving suits.
