Likewise, the gangbangers in gta 5 will be completely different to the gangbangers in gta San Andreas. Even if these new gangs have the names 'Ballas' and 'OGF', which I actually don't think Rockstar have confirmed (I am aware of the in-game graffiti that has been noticed in screens), that would be the ONLY thing that they share. Are you sure he didn't? Franklin has in the Poster the same clothing and haircut like Cesar, but he looks like African-American. (thats maybe why the most people thing, that he is black or hispanic) So when the Story of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas plays in 1992 and Cesar and Kendl had sex, then Franklin must be 21 or 22 years old.
