My guess is due to how late into this console generation the game is being released. If they did release DLC, by the time it is released a huge percentage of players will mostly be focused on using their next gen consoles. Atleast that is my theory. There could be an Asian protagonist who is a Triad or Yakuza, or at least has links to such, who takes on a technologically-driven heroin ring and starts bringing back southeast Asian no.4 heroin to the West Coast, and maybe illegal cars and parts for racing. I sort of agree with you and then again not because they plan to make DLC's, but Take-Two CEO said it was too early to discuss it. I'm sure Rockstar might release new info and 2 new chapters just without a new city. Though you're right about next-gen consoles people will be more focused on it. (Unless if next-gen consoles fail.) meson1 Posted June 24, 2013 Share Posted June 24, 2013 GTA:V's DLCs will be small ones. We aren't supposed to be getting anything as large as TLaD or TBoGT. Never mind something as huge as adding on another city and all the stuff that goes with it. It's not economically viable (i.e. they would lose money). But fear not.
