Matt06 Posted June 24, 2013 Share Posted June 24, 2013 The screenshot with Michael cycling in what appears to be the Rockford Hills (Beverly Hills) area had some crazy looking clouds, like a big patch of splotchy puffs, looked pretty real like some clouds I've seen before. omawnakw Posted June 24, 2013 Share Posted June 24, 2013 (edited) You could also notice that what you see in the video from the Epsilon screensaver is not a post-production timelapse but speeded up sun/moon movement in the game - you can see the car lights moving along the freeway at normal speed. Maybe they just sped them up to look more interesting in the trailer. These are better than RDR clouds. Those moved across the sky realistically, but they never actually changed shape like clouds do. These ones actually seem to have their form change, which is awesome. I love R*'s obsession with attention to detail, I'm the same way. Can't wait to just stand out in the middle of nowhere in the game and soak up the rural atmosphere like in RDR to see what's improved since then, in terms of the look/movement of the world.
