WildBrick142 Posted June 23, 2013 Share Posted June 23, 2013 (edited) Cheat Device has a menu that shows what you want to spawn. It is usually on the top when you activate Cheat Device. It only has spawns to stable vehicles (Bikes can crash the game becuase they can spawn with tiny wheels). It is possible to spawn Airtrain but it will just crash the game anytime you spawn it. There is a custom cheat to spawn any vehicle in Staunton Island garage, but unobtainable ones crash the game when garage opens. Cheat: #cheat Staunton Safehouse Garage Car 1 Type Mod//Author: Skiller//Category: Garage//Description: Replace ??? with Same Numbers Used for Spawning a Car 130 to 216setint(0x08E38A38, ???) Vehicle numbers: 192 FERRY193 GHOST // tried this and got a predator instead, crashed spawn, must be near water194 SPEEDER // crash (must be near water)195 REEFER // crash except maybe if near water196 PREDATR197 TRAIN198 HELI (escape) // crash199 HELI (chopper) // invisible, maybe RC heli200 AEROPL (airtrain) // crash201 DODO (deaddodo) // crash You can try it but I'm sure it will not be flyable. To get custom cheats in Cheat Device, paste the code in a Notepad and save it as whatever name you want.txt Then put it in "Cheats" folder on PSP. I found pplayer here and pcar here and from what I understood, it modifies cars/players. I'll try to look into this a bit more but I need to know what cheats you want to do. This topic may help you in making custom cheats or you can also look for them. It has cheats for almost anything, it just needs to be found there.
