But, it sorta looks like a tunnel aswell, could be a road tunnel. 2. 100% not hanging, it's either a sign on the railing or something standing, where you cant see the posts as they are being blocked via the railings. Looks like pure mountainous area there. So I dont think it might be a tunnel / bridge. 2)Even if its a post, but where is its support. Like there is nothing beneath it to support it. Usually banners are posted facing away from the building. Why would it be attached to the railings on the terrace facing towards the terrace rather than outside ? Eg: Just assume the bridge in your image is high above the ground and even shorter than mine. Also there is no water under the bridge in your image. Due to very long distance, the bridge seems disconnected. 2nd image : I think the support to the poster/umbrella coincides with the railings of the building so it seems like in air.
