Yes it does, I live in the high desert region myself of southern California particularly close to where the real life counter part of Blaine County would be, it even snows here in the winter albeit very rarely. It just splits everything up. Instead of everyone having everything, it's x amount of people have these fancy cars, y amount of people have this gun, z amount of people have this map expansion. It's just pathetic. If R* want to add more to the game, then it should be free. We've already bought the game, R* have their millions of pounds. Noire and RDR's exculsive PS3 content was revealed about a month before release. But then again considering that the GTA V PS3 bundle was presented at E3, during Sony's conference no less, wouldn't that have been the best moment to announce it? You either like it or lump it. I don't buy much DLC if at all. Most the time I get the game of the year version of a game rather than buy DLC and trade in my normal version if I already own it. DLC about 99% of the time is BS garbage that actually does nothing to improve the games. DLC should never cost, I can't get over why it would ever cost to begin with. People already pay too much for the games in general...why the hell would they "pay" for extra content...I feel we already do if we're willing to throw away 60 dollars to begin with. richard1997jones Posted June 23, 2013 Share Posted June 23, 2013 I like the idea of having seasons especially when we are going through the storyline but once the story is over I'd like it to be custom so we choose weather it's summer or winter and if we paid I would want it for cheap.
