One is a screen straight from the source, the other is from a crappy "720p" screengrab from a YouTube video. They aren't at the same time of day and aren't at the same angle. It's definitely got a little bit of bullshotting going on, but it isn't nearly as bad as your picture looks. Mostly it just looks like they added a spotlight to make the lighting look better. And being it really impossible I am fairly sure to PHOTOSHOP a Video will give you a clear idea of what the game will look like.. So f*ck your comparison off.
