biotch69
Wayne: Excuse me, what are you guys doing here in the middle of the street? Chicken-man: Well, I'm putting these chickens in crates, and stacking them right here. Jim's job is to make sure we always have plenty of watermelons. Wayne: Oh, so you're selling watermelons. Jim: No, no sir. We just have to make sure we have plenty of them stacked at all times, just like with these here chickens. Garth: What do these guys do? Chicken-man: Well, their job is to walk back and forth with this big plate-glass window every couple of minutes. Garth: That's weird. Wayne: Yeah, you've got to wonder if this is gonna pay off later on.
Dr Bannington
I want to see cars on fire in driveways, accidents coned off with police and ems, dogs and cats getting hit, sneakers dangling from powerlines in the ghetto, streetfights, and robberies

Dope_0110
Hard to do outside of missions where such scenes are scripted. They would have to make a huge variety of situations and load them randomly and not too often.
KrushLTx10
Hmmm a good random street happening in a town like Sandy Shores would be a couple of hillbillies robbing a liquor store on ATVs (Catalina..) you could choose to follow them, kill them, or just watch them ride off into the sunset. I just hope they did a good number of them so it doesn't get stale and hope they don't occur too often. I miss the random drive-bys the NPCs did with the cops right on their tail. Dale Nixon
I just went to the grocery store and one of the security guards was holding down a man that kept screaming (shoplifter most likely) and then the cops showed up to more screams and threats and then they took him away. Something like that would be nice. Of course, in the game I'd free the man and kill the cops and any civilians in the surrounding area. Ah, who am I kidding, I'd kill the handcuffed guy as well. Nemesis2252
I can not for the life of me remember what show it was, and cant find it on youtube, I think it was Family Guy. its a chase scene and you see 2 guys moving a pane of glass held vertically as you would normally carry it. one guy says "hey why do we carry it this way? what if we turn it?" so they turn it horizontally and the chase guy goes running by and gets cut in half by the glass. anyone know what show/episode that was from? this thread reminded me of it.
