GTAIII on the other hand, did not have a cover-story at all. So basically, VC was the first GTA game that had a cover-story from Game Informer. All of Vice City is open to the player from the start Bullsh*t. Do you believe that this was just an error on GI's part or did R* originally plan for the entire map to be open? It wasn't mine, and I can't remember what mag it was either. All I remember was seeing Claude with a baseball bat lowered in the rain, and some peds with umbrellas.
