K20
if all these replies are true, then there's only one city. but i hope Santos is MASSIVE. So big that it'll take half an hour real-time to travel from one side to the other.
ZuParadox
Lol... Hey Mitch, Thanks for taking time to email us. While haven't gone into numbers... While? Awesome fail! I mean you misspelled a word, missed a word out AND f*cked the grammar... you gotta try harder. "While" is what us Brits use, you American's use "whilst"

It should be: "Whilst we" (They completely missed out a word)

To be fair this is 'nit picking' but there are so many people e-mailing R* that all these so called responses seem the opposite of legit. Too many people have 'cried wolf' that even legit responses, which are few and far between, will be knocked.

Maybe it was a Brit that was replying......as for missing the word out, its an easy* to make, shows a real person is replying *
MrP4nc4ke
http://i42.tinypic.com/2zix25g.jpg I'm sorry, but that email looks fake as hell to me. - The 'RE:' is blank at the top. - There are grammar mistakes. - There are punctuation mistakes. - The vocabulary is not of a professional level. To me this looks legit. You think a customer support person never makes mistakes? Especially when answering hundreds of emails? And RE: is blank because the original mail has a blank subject field. Even though it is always interesting to see words directly from Rockstar, the informational value of these emails (legit or not) is zero. Do you guys think they are stupid enough to reveal new information to some random guy by email? Besides... It's quite likely that the people working in customer support (or whatever you wanna call it) don't have any new information themselves. At least all the major secrets (if any) are held tightly by the development team + producers. But hey, nice try!
LackedMushroom0
Lol, what if Rockstar is reading this... They'd be laughing their butts off XD I don't know if it's real. "While" is what us Brits use, you American's use "whilst" "Whilst" isn't very common in the states, we use "while" mostly. The reason there would be grammatical mistakes is because they probably have a low-paid intern answering emails like these, and that person doesn't care if the email is perfect as long as they answer with the info they've been cleared to release. Well I can already tell you have a program like Photoshop installed because of the technique you used to blur your email address. So who's to say this isn't completely faked on photo editing software. An email is easy to fake as it is essentially a blank page with font. Sorry I'm skeptical but it just doesn't seem professional enough to me. I know everybody makes mistakes, but this 'RSGNYC employee' made many. Ok I believe that as the blurs you used do look like finger smudges. Also just been hunting out and looking back at my emails from Rockstar, some of the employees have used casual vocabulary there. They seem to always sign off with 'Cheers' and I have also received one from this RSGNY Mouthoff name & address. Sorry to doubt you at first but I had my reasons I actually believe this to be legit now.
MosquitoSmasher
Didn't a few previews actually confirm that MCLA car modding was in the game? If that email is real, it's a bit odd how they say they haven't spoken about weapons and wildlife yet. We know plenty from previews and that's basically where we get all news from.
