3 Things You Won't Miss

1 - Phone not being bought up in multiplayer - it took forever sometimes

2 - Multi player games not having an ending (gta race - people turn it into an hour long deathmatch so you just quit instead of waiting)

3 - Endless urban areas... give me some country!

4 - (yeah yeah) Hopefully we'll get fully functional machinery (fork trucks and the forks WORK)

#2 is the players fault, not the games.

Three things you won't miss from GTA IV if and when they don't make a return in V.

1. Blur(dear god the blur)

2. No weapon wheel

3. The non enterable airport

Totally on the blur. Hated that on the consoles. Please, for the love of god, lets not have that again!

1. Tasteless morons bitching about it

2. Pearls before swine

3. Its sheer awesomeness... only reason I won't miss that is because GTA V will be even more awesome

Will not miss:

1. "COUSIN! LET'S GET DRUNK!" No, f*ck you, Roman

2. A s*itload of money and next to nothing to spend it on

3. Slightly annoying character movement. I absolutely adore the Euphoria engine, but I'd love for the character's movement to be as smooth as in Max Payne 3 as it felt a little bit too clunky in GTA IV

1. Awful rewards/unlockables.

2. Iritating police.

3. Poor customisation options.

1. Sluggish Driving.

2. Miserable protag.

3. Lame melee combat.

1. Girlfriends.

2. You want to go bowling?

3. Brucie.

I am going to complain about things that are still not proven to be fixed (or at least attempted to be fixed), like the grey lifeless visuals, the blur (which could be turned off if you wanted to), the fun but kinda retarded car handling, and so on.

1-Collectibles that do absolutely JACK TITS when all are collected i.e. Assassin's Creed II syndrome (though I think the way they made the collectibles in IV was clever).

2-Repetitive missions (see Sly 2: Band of Thieves and Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves to refer to open world games in which every mission feels unique because of the unique setpieces).

3-Not being able to rob a gun store or bank (outside of Three Leaf Clover). I want a lot of robberies. And I don't mean the missions, I want to come across something like a liquor store and be able to rob the cash register while keeping the cashier at gunpoint. Also, I wanna be able to mug people this time around. Seems weird that you can do just about anything to a pedestrian in GTA, but you can only take their money after they're dead.

deffpony, Look.. you're a respectable guy and all i found myself agreeing with almost anything you said, but for you to say this:

No weapon wheel

There IS an early version of the weapon wheel in IV. It just wasn't obvious enough, it was shown ONCE on a Manny mission and thats that.....granted there was no visible 'wheel', but you can change weapons on the fly by pressing: (from an old post)

(PS3)

tap L1+UP once, to get an Assault Rifle. Do it again for SMG.

tap L1+DOWN, to get a Throwable weapon.

tap L1+RIGHT, to get a Shotgun.

tap L1+LEFT, to get a Pistol.

No RPG? big sh*t! Its an early version but you can still switch to the nearest weapon to it, and press left or right that solves the problem.

Yea, it actually took me a second play through to realize that feature. However, it is still limiting, and a full weapon wheel should hopefully not only give us a better visual reference of which gun to select, but multiple weapons of the same class

1. Friends calling you too often. I prefer it to be that they call you once sort of as information that he is now available as a friend and after that you call him(maybe her lol) when you want to hang out.

2. Nothing to spend your hard earned cash on.

3. Kate

1. No countryside

2. Dear god the grey lighting

3. Liberty City in general. I don't hate it, it's just nice to get a change in scenery to nice sunny San Andreas.

Maybe you could change that to your lack of creativity and imagination?

Three things I won't miss:

1. Kate (so boring and overall a waste of a character)

2. Friends who fail to understand that you do not always want to hang out, and thus, your relationship with them dwindles a bit.

3. Liberty City

cool thanks for that! such a pain cycling thru weapons the other way, especially in a hurry

looking forward to a weapon wheel similar to RDR

1) when you are in first person driving there is no indication that your car is on fire....lost the cops then all of the sudden boom, mabye I missed something....in the future Ill jus pull back to see the damage I suppose

2) psychic cops that know where you are no matter what (escape line of sight= icon14.gif )

3) when car jacking someone there will sometimes be an animation where you are ordering them out of the vehicle...you can take alot of damage in the meanwhile, jus wish it would speed up a bit when there is a 3star+ wanted lvl

all things aside I really enjoy IV but it is far from perfect

I think Gta iv has become annoying since we have played it for the last five years lol.. but

1. Air Planes

2. Non-dynamic city( hopefully 5 is more Alive)

3. Weapon sytem( not that it was bad, but weapon wheel in my opinion is so much better if it works like red dead)

Teh Edgiest Man on Earth

1) sh*tty as f*ck R* North Euphoria coding, I would pretty much take normal ragdoll physics and car surfing over Rockstar's sh*tty coding anyday.

2) Boring as f*ck clothing styles.

3) Horrible weapon models, uninteresting gameplay, and absolutely nothing to do after game is done (on consoles only, mods are on PC for a reason, I pity anyone who plays GTA IV on console).

Not really, in single player there is a limit to what things you can do for fun.

Depressing feel of the city.

Lack of fun weapons, vehicles and story missions.

Roman and dating.

Warasm__Monkey

1. The dull grey and grainy graphics

2. Lack of activities in online free roam (hoping for RDR styled online this time round)

3. Same cars spawning over and over again. There was certain areas of lib city where the entire road would have 20 of the same car parked in a row.
