Steal a car, run people over, shoot people, get money, run from cops. I just dont get why kidnap and torture needs to be in there as an option for every random NPC you come across. It just seems a little unnecessary to add all these new in depth torture features when the most youll gain is a couple hundred dollars. Doesnt even seem worth the supplies to me, I think it would be more fun to be able to duct tape an npc to the hood of my car and fly through the streets hearing them scream.
