lucid121
Not sure if this was said before, but shouldn't music be added during cutscenes. It would be cool, since it adds emotion to the cutscenes and make them feel more movie like. Like if you rob a store, during cutscene it makes dramatic music. Agree or disagree? Matt06
A combination of a cinematic score and "radio station" music in the cutscenes is what I'm hoping and assuming we'll get. The best example of music being used in a scene is one of the first scenes with Lance Vance in Vice City. Tommy is meeting up with Lance and "Dance Hall Days" is playing as the camera pans to Lance leaning against a sports car while greeting Tommy. This was a great effect, something right out of a movie. The cinematic score will surely provide good accompaniment to all the action and drama, along with the regular music we'll be hearing.

Magic_Al
There's been music in some cutscenes going back to GTA3. GTA TBOGT even did non-radio music during a mission (Luis' escape from the plane) before RDR did it.
Matt06
I'm thinking of the music that played as Luis parachuted out of the plane at the end of The Ballad...this will probably be what goes in V, albeit more 'dramatic.'
