I just look at a mission, or the end of the game, at the end of Game TLaD example, in Musemu Libertonian There Luis, Niko, and Johhny, and Niko Kills At Vlad, Johhny driving right behind his friend niko If you can not mean it's only when the game End?? Interesting to see if I could, because I could kill Luis or Niko. Did you mean how can you play GTA IV with other people? There is online which is for play other people. Need internet for play. Choose "Multiplayer" on phone.
