UltimateVenom Posted June 20, 2013 Share Posted June 20, 2013 I hate to make a topic about this, but I am unable to locate through search or asking the questions in relevant existing topics. but where does it say we can control chop? or he is by our side? and its not just a single mission? There seems to be so much hype about chop, and I don't get it. as it all seems like speculation (or from sources proven to be fake) to me, with no factual basis or confirmation. but seeing as so many people seem so sure chop is a "pet", it appears I may have missed something? Because, I work, I'm a father and i have plenty of other things in my life... wether or not a tiger was in GTA or Saints Row is really of very little importance in my day to day life. I just wasn't sure how much, and I had only seen the one screen shot of him and the artwork. and people were talking about him as if it were confirmed that GTA V had a pet system. I was just confused as to the source, as I could not find anything reliable that confirmed you could take him for walks, get him to attack people / kill him etc (all the stuff the posts are saying) and was just curious as to how much info we had and if i had missed something. Nice, you activated the fanboy mode of someone. Yep, it was Saints Row and was a tiger. And no, I hope it's not the only way you'll play with it. Actually on the latest trailers, Chop appears in several situations, and none was only beside Franklin on a car, like on this screenshot. (not visible on this picture, but he's holding Chop leash) Off-topic, when do you plan about teaching your kid(s) about these kinds of games? When they are old enough to understand the difference between the real life world and a video game / movie world. I guess you sort of have to play it by ear. I have a feeling you'll fail as soon as he dies I agree, but the question is what type of missions will he be used in? Maybe when you need to intimidate someone, or search for something. About it dying, remember one of the most recent info, saying that the protagonists can't kill each other - and of course enemies still can, which probably results in a mission failure?
