I've noticed Packie looks like Ben Bailey (Cash Cab) & Wentworth Miller (Prison Break). On second thought, not really, but whatever. Packie looks a lot like Niko actually. Vladimir Mashkov, the Bosnian or Serbian sniper and antagonist in the movie "Behind the Enemy Lines" Niko even has an outfit making reference to the one that Mashkov has in the movie...
