During the mission in TBoGT called "Corner kids", in the general chat between then guys, they mention the Los Santos district Vespucci. So R* must've had District names nailed down by that point! Before anyone says it's from sa... It wasn't called Vespucci then, its a V exclusive name. Go to 0:50 the word hits @ 0:52. (The person that made the youtube vid doesn't have subtitles on, but i can 100% confirm it does say it, for those that will try and claim they say something else. I wonder how many other mentions of Los Santos or something related there is? I know for a fact Yusuf says he is going to go get involved in the property boom is Los Santos (might have said San Andreas.. either way though...) Since the real life equivalent was named after Christopher Columbus, they decided to name theirs after Amerigo Vespucci a fellow explorer from Columbus' crew from which "America" was named after.
