Not mentioning usually you've got the military on you when reaching six stars wanted level, so, yeah, terrorists. GTA protagonists are definitely terrorists with what they do, so we don't need no one else. Oh, but I guess OP meant ''those arab motherf*ckers''.. to OP: Middle eastern guys arent the only terrorists in the world, nor are all of them terrorists.
