They also speculate that Michael could be Tommy Vercetti... I think they're clutching at straws now Franklin being undercover doesn't sound too far fetched, if you ask me. Would make sense, really. Like a LSPD 'plant' in the team of master-criminal Michael. They quoted R*'s description of him working on "both sides of the law"... forget the exact quote but yeah, that certainly makes things interesting. Micheal was previously going to be Claude ROCKSTAR said what would happen if a old gta protagonist were to retire but they thought about it and changed it completely. GR7 Posted June 19, 2013 Share Posted June 19, 2013 From the dialogue I have a feeling Franklin is going to be serious as f*ck, Michael will be more laid back and Trevor will be the one with all the punchlines possibly breaking the 4th wall from time to time, the "Rocket in my Ass" line sounds like a reference to characters in previous GTAs pulling weapons out of nowhere. Would Lamar still be Franklin's mate if he joined the 5-0?? no. Also no one brings up the scene with his missus, where she is basically saying he is a good for nothin'..... They are alone, there is no reason for her to "act" to us. I'm gonna stick my neck on the line and say that im 99.9% sure Franklin wont turn out to be an undercover cop. I do however think it could be a possibility that he is forced to do work for them like in SA... but that really would be re-hashing SA... so i doubt that even. Claude and Tommy have both accomplished their goals by the end of their respective games, their story has ended. But R* wanted to know what happened to these kind of people after that, hence we have Michael's story. Interesting... It all depends on the distance between each other I believe. It's still not finished. Install might actually minimize time.
