with actual version of source code, why you asking?(well with r90 with skysphere enabled and shadow distance seted to 1500(to avoid object flickering but it seems not helping))

Just wondering after seeing Maks' Pics , how it would be looking like in a mod like Project Liberty, That is gonna be freakin' awesome.

Not sure if this has been done already, but what about making an Alpha-build, just for testing purposes on larger scale? Because, well, now the testing is limited to only persons who know how to compile the source, but it doesn't mean they can't share it. Making an alpha-build would allow greater amount of people to participiate into testing, tracking down bugs with global mods and well, just generally finding crashes which happen in rare occurances. Of course, the alpha-build should have something to prevent stealing and something, like a label somewhere, which would state it's an alpha build made by this team. You probably got the idea. smile.gif

But bugs ARE coding and writing related, so, only actual people with knowledge would be able to point it out properly and the area affected.

 

Trust me, with VCS there was nothing more annoying and project killing than having like a million bug reports all being vague and not actually being helpful at all!

I've tested r93 on Project Liberty and here's the screens:

But i think there's a lot of bug. I always got crash. As you can see some of the texture like building's texture, road's texture are missing. It also crash when CJ get out of the vehicle. But Project Liberty looks so nice with the shadow from SA Render icon14.gif

Object flickering is just a game limit to a number of a game objects that are loading at once, ThirteenAG has increased that limit with these memory addresses by an .ASI script. The default value of the memory addresses are 12000 and it's icreased to 30000.

Note: .CS scripts couldn't hack those memory addresses, becouse those addresses must be hacked before the game starts, .ASI scripts do that, but .CS scripts are hacking them while ingame.

Agreed. You should upload the version that XMakarusX took screenshots with, so that people who don't know how to compile the source can test, and post bugs etc.

Yeah it looks so dark, but, we can adjust in-game brightness...

 

I think sa::render is not compatible 'yet' in project liberty.

if sa:mp creators can find way to use it... or make they code open-source so we can do sa:mp version but for this time as far as i know it don't work in sa:mp

 

You guys should upload the older version.

no we don't want give uncompleted version to people who doesn't know c++ basics, but.... we will release some pre-beta(or 0.01b or whatever) version soon

It looks really great! There has been a big improvements since you guys released the open source.

Without it we would had long months without any progress and screenshots!

SA: Render looks seriously like it's IV: SA. It really looks like GTAIV in SA! The lighting is just too nice!

Also the shadows are looking better! Keep it up!

Yeah, now all we need is an HD retexture and/or model of NPCs and CJ and we'll have a completely remastered GTA SA.

Why do these kids keep still posting these unrealistic large pictures?

It makes the whole forum totally buggy and i need to scroll through the whole page to reach the "add reply" button.

Even with my 1080p Resolution that page is totally messed up. And here are still some people that are using 4:3 Screens.

So please stop posting these pictures. Again: Some People think these stupid things makes them famous. But in real it just shows us

how dumb they are.

 

Now our next goal is to reach a new page to get these pictures away.

What a nice screens by Marty. I hope SA::Render will be compatible with SRT/BSoR/Project Oblivion.

But, can you upload the screens in the night time. Is there's any shadow in the night?
