Well, I understand that many of you are happy, but man it was a boring conference.

 

Xbox one atleast showed some cool games.

 

Was expecting uncharted 3

I'm not a xbox fan, just liked the conference better.

 

The used game thing sucks. I really think it does.

 

But the DRM thing. I'm ALWAYS connected to the internet so I dont really give a f*ck.

 

The price is much higher than PS4.

 

I have to see in the comming months if I choose PS4 or Xbox one

Indeed. I watched the entire conference and nowhere did sony say you must have plus to play online. They mentioned the bonuses for those with plus but never stated it plus was needed for online play.

Yea I knew I should have waited till the end to decide. Sony won hands down. Just like I said with the play station reveal I'm switching over to play station even though I was hoping for multiplayer to be free but o well. Hello Sony good bye Microsoft

Yeah, it's like losing the last game of a undefeated season - you're still going to the playoffs but you want it to be perfect.

Again for the online the guy said "If you don't have PS Plus you can enjoy Single Player games." There HAS NOT been confirimation that we need PS Plus for multiplayer because it may have been poorly worded but reports coming out and the fact that the people that cover this thing are just accepting that PS Plus is required (not even debating it) makes me think we do need it.

Cheers for pointing that out. While im dissapointed about this im not suprised. Wont stop me getting a ps4 though as i have friends that payed for live and it seemed worth it.

Just go look thro the articles and the video witch SAYS litteraly that you need to pay to play multiplayer.

no you dont have to pay for online

they said if you pay you can access to multiplayer free games that only can be download(immersive PSN GAMES)-

if you buy something on cd or psn you dont need to pay for online

 

and they said if you dont pay you can play single player "free games" from PSN

Clutching at straws unfortunately. Hes just saying you dont need to be online to play single player.

If it was free again im sure they wouldve made a big deal out of it like they did with the pre owned games.

Hence why I said I think we need to pay to play multi. After I wrote that I saw the video and screenshot which confirmed it. Just glad SONY will keep the freedom of used games and sharing them with friends and it's cheaper. Just wish X1 would have done the same so there would still be a healthy competition but this isn't even close right now.
