We'll never know.

Seeing as it was a recorded demo and other demos shown on the PS4 have shown no signs of problems it's pretty obvious it was either the game or an issue while recording the demo.

Yeah, I just realized. It ran Watch Dogs pretty well. PS4 is looking good
