I think you're talking about HLSL, that's the shader language for everything advanced you see in those ENB. It's a very hard work and requires a lot of knowledge in certain areas, so it's better to be easy on it and get into it very slowly. I cannot help you with that, because I'm not into it, but there's a few people that know how manipulate the shaders files to make awesome effects. Maybe they didn't see your message, but don't be so mad, I can ensure that there are people who gladly help, if we are patient and kind.
