AuSsIeThUnDeR36 Posted June 8, 2013 Share Posted June 8, 2013 I was at the Perseus in Algonquin and had just bought Niko the onyx suit with red tie and a pair of black shoes, I exit the shop and standing across the road is a mafia looking guy wearing a black suit and hat, I walk up to him and he looked a lot like Toni Cipriani. He said to me 'You look like a schmuck!' which even sounded like Toni. I have been back to the Perseus shop and the same guy has appeared there. I don't think Rockstar would even base a pedestrian model on a previous GTA character, let alone one in a completely different universe. I guess that near the lower Algonquin are more chances to come across with peds similar to the mafia ones.
