Tenpenny. It's not possible to like that guy, which makes him a great antagonist. All other antagonists merely hated the main guy or tried to kill him because of business, but Tenpenny enjoyed harassing Carl and giving him a bad time, to the point where you felt great satisfaction when he died. Personally I hated that the son of a bitch kills himself before I could finish him.

I'd love to of seen Tenpenny try to run his mouth & try to harass Tommy. I'd pay a lot to see them 2 meet each other.

Has to be f*cking Dimitri Rascalov, that backstabbing son of a bitch. He was made to hate.

I was glad to execute him, when in fact, other antagonists were pretty solid employers...Bulgarin, Forelli, Boccino.
