Trailer 2 for me. We had that 'In a few weeks or so' comment and then a long silence so when Trailer 2 dropped my hype went way up. The intial shock awe of seeing the 1st trailer was dwarfed for me compared to Trailer 2. That 2nd trailer was awesome.

I remember coming to this forum back in 2012(Fed-Aug), as a guest, waiting for new info.

 

The was the most painfullest, frustrating wait i've ever gone through. And then the delay happened....

As much as I liked trailer 1, I think that it was the first GameInformer article that really showed me what we were waiting on. Before that point, we had a single enigmatic trailer and several months of complete silence. Apart from a few screenshots, it was the article that finally got things actually going, quickly followed by the second trailer. And while there's been periods of quietness since then, nothing's been nearly as bad as the Silence of '12. It was also the most revealing part of the wait, where we found out who the main characters actually were and the basics of the story. So it was, for me, the most memorable part of the wait.

Id have to say trailer 1 just because it was the first that anyone had actually seen of GTA V and i think everyone's hype was at an insane level when watching that for the first time. Even to this day when i think of the game i can hear the first trailers song playing in my head, its just stuck with me the most.

Trailer 1 was memorable but through all the wait I think the award goes to the info we got a few weeks ago from the previews, the pieces of info that really changed my views of the game in less than a second into full happiness.

 

Also the first 2 screenshots were memorable as well, everyone was freaking out about it
