Multiple maps + multiple Paths.img

I'd like to have multiple custom maps added to me GTA 4 space provided. But the only maps are ones that i can explore by car on roads and i see no fun if theres no traffic. Just as an example clockwork mount has it's own paths.img to support traffic, Red Dead Desert (think thats it's name) also has traffic and it's own paths.img.

 

How can i have both? I've used SparkIV to open and see nodes and numbers but i don't want to start copying or replacing files randomly because chances are i will screw up and it will cause undue stress.

If it is possible to have traffic on different custom maps please could someone advise me how.
