What I mean is, does that level and your XP convert if you are not in a crew? Or does it only matter how much XP you earn towards your crew(s)? To answer your question, though, it's unlikely any XP will carry over to GTA. Crews carry over, as they are based on Social Club, but the XP is attached to Max Payne 3.
