Rat, Cat, or Trash ?

Hey guys, I was watching Franklins trailer and noticed something that no one has brought up but me and its been bugging me. Anyways, in the trailer at 0:19 beside the dumpster across the street you can see a white blur move from the dumpster to the edge of the road and drop off right before the SUV gets close. Now, it could be trash blowing across the street, but it doesnt look windy and when iyou look at it, it looks as if it stretches like a cat in stride. And it seems very unlikely that R* would make trash dynamic enough to stretch, but then again itis R*.

BTW it has already been comfirmed that small animals will be seen in the streets; "Los Santos' small details include
