If we are on foot, we see the roads and mountains, when we are driving a car, it switches to 3D mode, when we are jumping from a plane, we see the horizont, when diving, the depth nice. Looking into windows isn't that special. I don't remember seeing Peds through the window shopping in SA and i put many hours in that game so i would know, So i don't know what you're talking about.
