Very High shadows question..

Okay, with everything set to high I get ~35fps minimum, and around 50+fps average, however, I set Shadows to Very High and I get 10-25fps, is it a VRAM limitation? Normal?

 

Intel Core-i3 2100 3.10ghz

6gb DDR3 ram

HIS ICEQ Turbo 6790 GDDR5 1GB

 

Also, unrelated, is there any way to get filtered reflections without ENB? Or atleast a version of ENB with nothing but filtered reflections? The car reflections are pretty bad looking.

 

Are there any command.txt tweaks for better graphics?

YOU ARE ASKING MODIFIED GAME QUESTIONS, PLEASE USE THE MODDING QUESTION FORUM LINK (in bright yellow) AT THE TOP. and it is normal for very high shadows to give you that framerate, read up on exactly what high shadows setting does. good luck.

Game is unmodified. Just was not sure if a drop like that was normal. And I was asking if there were a way to have nice car reflections without mods, appears not though.

i stand corrected for now, then. but you being unsatisified with the graphics makes me think you will modify the game soon

Seems to be the only path unfortuantly, I just cannot stand most ENB mods, and how they make the trees all reflective. It would be nice to just have the vanilla game "enhanced" a bit with better reflections. But doesn't appear possible.
