1-800-ZOM-BIES
I'm trying to find the beta face skin for Niko Bellic but haven't had much luck. Closest I've gotten was finding this: I also don't know how to reskin him as well so that doesn't help much either... any suggestions?

The beta hair is part of the stock playerped.rpf anyway, I think. Just need the trainer. http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=390598
1-800-ZOM-BIES
Well, just recently did some trial and error and turns out indeed that I can simply change his hair from bald to thick with a trainer. And I will definitely check out that beta mod to see if I can install those files to his beta face. However, I still run into the problem of not knowing how to reskin Niko's face to his beta face. Do I need some sort of program change it or is there a tutorial out there I can follow?

So it's actually very easy: 1. Download SparkIV, extract to any one folder. Run the SparkIV.exe 2. Click the Open button, find the WTD file you need (in this case, head_diff.... see the screenshots) 3. Highlight the file, click the Edit button. 4. Select the texture then click "Export Texture" button. 5. It will ask you where to save the texture. Save it somewhere. For after you have altered the texture, use the same process up to #4, but instead of Export, choose Import Texture once you've altered the texture. Click Save then Exit to save the edited texture to the WTD file.
